Featuring a fluffy tutu featuring 2 top layers of extra soft tulle for fluffy goodness and two soft and slightly more stiff layers of tulle under for extra fullness and scoop back, this piece is easy on and easy off. The leotard bottom includes snaps forĀ sizes up to 2T.
